Julius Gray and Associates, LLC worked with Carolina Credit Union Services, LLC, a credit union service organization providing shared branching services across North and South Carolina.  We worked with this group to determine if new services could be offered through this current company or whether a new venture should be formed.

We surveyed the group ahead the strategic discussions and facilitated next steps towards building new products and services for the future use by the companies credit union constituency.
